Economic & Workforce Development
This group's work will focus on coming up with strategies, recommendations and perhaps commitments for the creation of new jobs, whether through industry expansion, restructuring or new business development. Participants in this group will meet monthly for at least 406 months, and this group will be convened by Virginia Longoria, Executive Director, ACCESS Housing. |

Housing Continuum
Emergency Housing (Shelter)
Short-term Transitional Permanent Permanent Supportive The Housing Group's work will be subdivided into the particular housing sectors, and the participants will be providers and housing development stakeholders in Adams County. Members will be the housing providers, nonprofit and government, and include those in Aurora: Adams County Housing Authority, ACCESS Housing, Growing Home, Council/Comitis, Arapahoe House, Thornton Housing, and Colorado State Division of Housing. Participants in this group will meet monthly for at least 4-6 months and this group will be convened by Don May, Executive Director, Adams County Housing Authority. |

Employment
This group will focus on strategies, recommendations and partnerships to get individuals employed or re-employed, including partnerships in training, GED, etc., and will include public-private partnerships, including counties, agencies, and workforce.
Participants in this group will meet monthly for at least 4-6 months. |

Evaluation & Data
The Evaluation Committee will begin meeting approximately 4-6 months into the planning process, once initial ideas and recommendations begin to emerge, and will participate in developing evaluation standards for the plan, and articulation of goals as measurable with the scope of the plan and evaluation.
The Evaluation Group will be made up of professionals in the field and will be convened by Donald Burnes, PhD. |

Fundraising
The group will meet on an ongoing basis to develop process as well as early implementation funding strategies. Team members will be from key philanthropic and business sectors, as well as private and government representatives.
